Must-have Organizational Tools For Realtors

Running a real estate business requires a lot of organizing and managing. With all the things that realtors need to be on top of in their everyday work, sometimes, it is inevitable that they find it difficult to quickly catch up on everything.

Don’t fret! There are a lot of tools that can help you get on top of your real estate business. Here are some must-have organizational tools for realtors:

1. Google Workspace

Google Workspace is probably one of the tools that a realtor, or any entrepreneur, should have. This contains everything you need to get your work efficiently done every day. You can use Gmail and Hangouts to connect with your clients. Manage your schedule easily with Google calendar as it also lets you synchronize the calendar across your devices. Google Drive will also let you store important files and share them with your team and clients. Google Docs will help you work faster as your team can edit files simultaneously at the same time.

2. Evernote

Not fond of bringing a pen and a notebook every time you go out? No worries as Evernote is here. You can access Evernote on your laptop, tablet, or mobile device. It is a digital version of your paperback notebook. Access important information from any device as your notes will automatically be synchronized. It will also make note-taking more comprehensive as you will be able to add images, audio, scanned files, PDFs, and other documents.

3. Trello

If you are managing a lot of property listings and projects at the same time, Trello would be a useful tool for you. To obtain an overview of your projects, you can create boards, lists, and cards. Each card is expandable to view further details about the project.

4. LastPass

Having a lot of accounts on various online platforms means having to create and remember a lot of usernames and passwords. To save you from getting locked out of your account, you can store your password safely in LastPass. If you also have a team who manages your social media accounts for you, you can conveniently share with them your password.
