One of the best ways to make use of video content is to create a virtual tour of your current listings. The key to creating an engaging virtual tour is to keep it short and highlight the best and unique features. It’s an option to either narrate the video or to add music instead. Another video content idea is to release short informative videos either about home buying or selling tips, investment tips, market updates, or news about real estate in your area. These types of videos can help establish your credibility as an expert in real estate.

You can also create behind-the-scenes videos showing your day, your staff, your clients, or your work in general. While informative videos can help build your credibility, these behind-the-scenes videos will show your followers the human and fun side of your brand.
