While there’s no definite answer to the best posting time for each day, it’s essential to always optimize our strategy, content, and even our posting time to the always-changing social media algorithm. Having said that, my number one tip is to know when your ideal audience will be online and post then. But if you are not sure, here are the best posting times for 2021 according to Sprout Social:
The best time to post: 1-4 pm, 6-10 pm, Thursdays to Sundays
Posting frequency: once per day, or at least 3 times per week
The best time to post: 11 am-1 pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Most engagement: Wednesdays
Posting frequency: 1-2 posts a day, daily stories
The best time to post: 9 am-1:00 pm, Weekdays
Posting frequency: daily, at least 3 times a day
